“Ants in the tree – perfectly diced chicken and crispy noodles in twin lettuce leaves – starts off a delightful, fresh meal in Govans.  Gow Bahs, stews served over crispy rice, are terrific, as is the sweetish garlic spinach.  Overall, the kitchen’s outputs is marked by a lightness often absent in other Chinese restaurants.”
